Government agencies can revise telephone numbers, hours, fees, addresses, and request procedures with little notice. Record systems also change as new events are entered. Confirm a counter visit, payment, or submission directly with the responsible Warren County or North Carolina office.
An Arrest Is Not a Conviction
An arrest record does not establish guilt. Prosecutors may decline, reduce, or dismiss charges, and a court may enter a not-guilty result. A booking line does not reveal the final outcome.
