A name or location entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. That company processes the request and delivers its results. Warren County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained so a response can be sent and the exchange can be managed. Messages remain within the operating team unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Warren County Criminal History does not keep, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal-record information. It publishes general directions to records held by the Warren County Sheriff, the North Carolina courts, the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and the North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal files.

Outside companies power the search boxes. Information entered there is governed by the provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its retention and sharing rules, so review those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff pages, court portals, North Carolina agencies, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's policy governs the visit. Read it before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may measure activity across websites to select ads. That processing occurs on the provider's systems.
